Recommended sequence

This is the safest way to get started without creating inconsistencies between settings, menus, and daily operations.

Set the basic data

Open Setup and immediately check the location name, contact details, payment methods, and active services.

Check calendar and availability

Set your hours, closed days, and service limits before publishing your menu.

Prepare menus and products

Create categories, compile products, and add ingredients or allergens where appropriate.

Do the operational check

Open Reservations and Orders to ensure your team knows where to step in during service.

Final checks before starting

The last checks before closing

  • The venue displays the correct name, contact information, and language.
  • Active days and times coincide with the actual service.
  • At least the main menu categories are already ready.
  • Reservations and orders open without operational doubts.
